UNION MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT OF DUES. 3.01 The Employer will deduct membership dues from the salary of each Employee covered by this Collective Agreement. 3.02 In the case of Employees who do not become Members of the Union, the Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct fees in an amount equal to the regular Union Dues as set by the Union from time to time. Union Dues and Fees shall be pro-rated for Employees regularly working less than full-time.
