UNION MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT OF DUES. 5.01 Membership in the Union is voluntary. 5.02 The Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct from the Basic Salary of each Employee covered by this Collective Agreement dues as determined by the Union.

UNION MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT OF DUES. 5.01 Membership in the Union is voluntary. 5.02 For the purpose of this Article, “gross earnings” shall mean all monies earned by the Employee under the terms of this Collective Agreement. 5.03 The Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct from the Basic Salary gross earnings of each Employee covered by this Collective Agreement dues as determined by the Union.
