Union Observer on Selection Panels. The Executive Director of the Union or a designate may sit as an observer on a selection panel for positions in the bargaining unit. The observer shall be a disinterested party. This Article shall not apply to excluded positions.

Union Observer on Selection Panels. The Executive Director of the Union or a designate may sit as an observer on a selection panel, including panel deliberations following selection tests, for positions in the bargaining unit. The employer agrees to give reasonable notice, wherever possible, of the dates of the interview to the union. The observer shall be a disinterested party. This Article shall not apply to excluded positions.
