Union office held. Section 3. The Union agrees that except for scheduled meetings and negotiations with the employer, no official of the Union, employee or non-employee, shall interfere, interrupt, or disrupt the normal work duties of other employees or normal operations of the department, and that emergency calls will preclude all union activities.
