Union Organizer Visitations. (a) Union Organizers, with approval from a responsible manager, shall be allowed reasonable contact with access to bargaining unit members on Agency facilities. The purpose of these visits will be to meet with Union Stewards, with employees during the employees’ regular work hours at the employees’ regular work location to investigate and discuss grievances, or management regarding any actions or procedures under this Contract, including but not limited to, employee grievances per Article 21workplace-related complaints and other matters relating to the employment relations. The Union Shall give the Agency reasonable notice of these visits.
