Common use of Union Pledge Clause in Contracts

Union Pledge. The Union, within the terms of its Constitution and By-Laws, and the City agree not to interfere with the desire of any employee of the Bargaining Unit to become and remain a member of the Union. The Union agrees to fairly represent all employees of the Bargaining Unit subject to the provisions and procedures set forth in Sections 4117.11 (B) (6) and 4117.12 of the Revised Code.
