UNION RECOGNITION AND JURISDICTION. 1.01 The Employer recognizes the union as sole collective bargaining agency for all employees. 1.02 The Employer agrees that, hereinafter during the term of this agreement and during the period of negotiations for renewal or amendment, they will not sign a contract with another Union covering the operations and processes described in the present Agreement.
