Common use of Union Report to University Clause in Contracts

Union Report to University. The Union will provide the University, at no cost to the University, a report containing information on all current GEO elected officials. This report will be provided to the University on the first day of each academic term (Term I, II, and III) via email to the University’s Contract Administrator. This report shall include the following data elements in comma delimited format: first and last name (legal, or, if available, preferred), uniqname, current GEO position, area of representation, GEO email address, and preferred method of contact. Any changes to the list shall be reported promptly to the University’s Contract Administrator via email.
