UNION SECURITY/UNION DUES DEDUCTIONS. A. The parties agree that all employees covered by this Agreement must, as a condition of their employment, become members of the Union and pay membership dues, or pay an agency shop fee, a representation fee, or a non-association fee. This condition will pertain to all current and future employees. A representation fee or a non-association fee may be paid in lieu of membership dues or agency shop fee after the Union processes such request and notifies the University. B.
