Credit Union Deductions. The Employer agrees to honor Credit Union deduction requests for members who have properly signed and executed the payroll deduction form. Such deduction shall remain in effect until the Employer is properly notified in writing by the employee of any change.
Credit Union Deductions. The Commonwealth agrees to deduct from the regular salary payments (not a draw) of employees an amount of money, upon receipt of the employee's written authorization for the deduction for the purchase of shares in, making deposits to or repaying a loan to a credit union organized under appropriate provisions of the Massachusetts General Law by the Alliance, AFSCME - SEIU. Any written authorization may be withdrawn by the employee by submitting a written notice of withdrawal to the Commonwealth and the Treasurer of the credit union thirty (30) days in advance of the desired cessation of payroll deduction.
Credit Union Deductions. The Employer shall deduct such Credit Union payments as authorized in writing by the employee and shall forward said payments to the District 65 Family Federal Credit Union at the time of payment of the employee’s paycheck.
Credit Union Deductions. Deductions may be made from more than one (1) payroll every month if desired and requested by a staff member. The number of said changes shall be limited to three (3) per staff member per fiscal year, except that an employee who has had a change in marital status as a result of death, divorce, dissolution of marriage, or the unemployment of a spouse, may make additional changes.
Credit Union Deductions. On proper authorization from employees who so wish, the Board shall deduct from the employee’s pay the amount designated to it by the employee and remit the same to proper offices of the credit unit.
Credit Union Deductions. At the option of an employee, the District shall deduct from his/her monthly salary, and deposit directly with the Inspirus Credit Union or Mountain Crest Credit Union an amount designated by the employee. After determination of the initial amount to be deducted and deposited, the employee shall be limited to one request to change the designated amount during the fiscal year.
Credit Union Deductions. The Board shall deduct from an employee’s pay, monies for a Credit Union, providing an employee-executed authorization is received by the Board no later than the 5th day of the month in which the change is to occur. The Board shall not be responsible for collecting any monies from an employee if the employee leaves the employment of the Board or does not receive a check in an amount sufficient to cover the deduction due in any month.
Credit Union Deductions. The Employer agrees to deduct from the salary of an employee an amount authorized in writing by the employee which shall be within the minimum and maximum amounts specified by the Comptroller and to transmit such funds to a bona fide credit union. The sums transmitted shall be used for appropriate purposes and their specific allocation shall be determined by an arrangement between the employee and his credit union. The authorization for such deductions may be withdrawn by an employee at any time upon filing of a written notice of such withdrawal with the State Comptroller. The deductions shall be in accordance with reasonable rules and regulations of the Comptroller not inconsistent with law which may be necessary for the exercise of this authority under this Article.
Credit Union Deductions. 1. Upon submission of appropriately signed deduction cards, monthly deductions from salary will be made for the Belmont, Massachusetts Teachers’ Federal Credit Union as designated thereon for those employees who authorize the same in the manner provided below.
Credit Union Deductions. Payroll deductions for the Champaign County School Employees’ Credit Union shall be made upon written request of the employee. The amount of credit union deduction may be changed at any time at the written request of the employee.
