Common use of Union Worksite Representatives Clause in Contracts

Union Worksite Representatives. The parties recognise the essential role that union worksite representatives play as the face of the union they represent in the workplace and in union structures. To this end the Ministry will: • Provide new staff with an introduction to the NZEI worksite representative; • Make available and bring to the attention of new staff, union membership application forms; and • Offer the NZEI a session in any training or induction course for new employees
