Union’s Communications Responsibilities. In the event of an unauthorized action by any employee, in violation of Section 4.1, the Union, within twenty-four (24) hours of being informed of such action, will notify the Superintendent in writing that said Union will make every reasonable effort to assure compliance with Section 4.1 of the Agreement.
