Common use of Unit Access Clause in Contracts

Unit Access. Duly authorized representatives of the Unit, shall have access to the locations where work is being carried on during working hours for the purpose of observing working and safety conditions, investigating grievances, and seeing that the provisions of this Agreement are observed, provided that the employees are not interfered with in their work. This shall include, but not limited to Fire Stations, drill grounds, and emergency scenes.
