Employee Access. Employees are entitled to read and review their personnel file and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, shall be entitled to inspect their performance evaluations, written censures, letters of reprimand, and other adverse reports. Upon request, employees shall be given copies of all such pertinent documents. The Employer further agrees that no personal files or documents on employees shall be kept outside of the personnel file, apart from payroll or health services files.
Employee Access. Each employee in the bargaining unit shall be provided with a copy of his/her class specification.
Employee Access. In accordance with town procedures, an employee shall be allowed to review and copy the contents of the employee’s personnel file.

Employee Access. Access to personnel files is limited. A current employee may review the contents of the employee’s own personnel file by submitting a written request to the Town Supervisor. An authorized official must be present when the employee inspects the file. An employee may not copy, remove, or place any material in the employee’s personnel file without the approval of the Town Supervisor.

Upon written request by an employee to their Human Resources Consultant (official Personnel file) or department manager (departmental file), the employee or employee’s representative shall have access to the employee’s official or departmental personnel file for review within two (2) business days. A representative of HR or management will be present as appropriate. The employee may request copies, which may be provided at no cost if the size of the request is reasonable. A copy of the written authorization will be retained in the employee’s file.
Employee Access. A. Employees shall have access to their personnel file in Human Resources upon reasonable notice and at reasonable times.
B. Employees may request a copy of any document in their personnel file.
C. Employees may also submit job-related documents to be added to their personnel file with the approval of the Human Resources Director which shall not be unreasonably denied.
Employee Access. Employees shall have access to their personnel file or files. Before any notation is placed in the personnel file, the employee shall be given a copy. Secret files shall not be kept on any employee.
Employee Access. An Employee shall have access to his or her personnel file and to all information contained within that file. The Employer may require a prior appointment. In those instances that a prior appointment is required, the Employer shall schedule the appointment for a time prior to close of business of the workday following the day of the request.
Employee Access. Each employee shall, during normal business hours of the Labor Relations Section, have a right to access his or her own personnel file by appointment.
