Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. Tesla agrees to provide four regularly scheduled maintenance inspections at a Tesla Authorized Service Center or by a Tesla Ranger (subject to certain exceptions, including, without limitation, that Tesla Ranger service may not be immediately available in Your area) at the intervals (whichever occurs first) specified in the “Service” column of the Selection of Plan section of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the date this Agreement is purchased or becomes effective, maintenance inspections must be performed within 1,000 miles or 30 days of the specified maintenance intervals for Your selected Plan. Any scheduled maintenance not completed within such time will be excluded and no maintenance inspections will be added as a replacement for any such excluded maintenance inspections. The regularly scheduled maintenance inspections shall include the following (subject to change by Tesla at any time and without notice, in its sole discretion): • Vehicle inspection; • Replacement or repair at the time of inspection of normal maintenance items and wear and tear parts, excluding the Battery and tires; • Wheel alignment*; and • Tire rotation*. * Must be done at a Tesla Service Center and cannot be performed by a Tesla Ranger. If Your scheduled maintenance is performed by a Tesla Ranger, You may schedule this service at no additional charge with advance notice to a Tesla Authorized Service Center. A loaner vehicle will be provided to You if Your scheduled maintenance is being performed at a Tesla Authorized Service Center and Tesla estimates that it will take over four hours to complete. A loaner vehicle will not be provided for Tesla Ranger service.
Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 7.1 The hirer will provide adequate delivery and collection access to enable HML to deliver the products. The hirer shall sign a delivery note to acknowledge receipt of the product. 7.2 HML will always exercise care on delivery so as not to damage property or decor whilst delivering goods, HML will not be held liable for any accidental damage caused. 7.3 The hirer shall at all times keep the products properly stored, protected and insured in accordance with clause 14. The hirer shall make available to HML the certificate of insurance policy for inspection upon request by HML. Where appropriate, HML will provide fully comprehensive insurance on powered wheelchairs and mobility scooters 7.4 Hirer must look after the product and keys, where fitted keeping the product in good repair. Where appropriate, hirer must always lock the product when not using it, and will incur a charge of £15.50 for replacement of any lost key. 7.5 Hirer must ensure that the documents, user manual and tools supplied with the product are returned in clean condition. Failure to do so will result in a charge for replacement of £20.00
Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. HAECO shall throughout the term of this Lease assume the entire responsibility and shall relieve Lake City from all responsibility for all repair and maintenance whatsoever with respect to the Leased Premises, whether such repair or maintenance be ordinary or extraordinary, or otherwise, and without the generality hereof, shall: A. Keep at all times in a clean and orderly condition and appearance the Leased Premises and all XXXXX's fixtures, equipment and personal property which are located in any part of the Leased Premises. B. Paint the exterior and interior of the Leased Premises, and repair and maintain all doors. C. Repair and maintain all building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, fire suppression system, plumbing, compressed air, landscaping, windows, pavements, equipment, lighting fixtures, furnishings, fixtures, roof and exterior walls. D. Provide and maintain fire protection and safety equipment and all other equipment of every kind and nature required by any Applicable Law and/or insurance requirement. E. Keep all areas of the Leased Premises, including the apron areas, in a state of good repair, to include repair of any damage to the pavement or other surface of the Leased Premises or the Project caused by weathering and/or aging, HAECO's operations, or by any oil, gasoline, grease, lubricants or other flammable liquids and substances having a corrosive or detrimental effect thereon. F. Be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all utility service lines from the point of entry to the Leased Premises except common utilities, if any, including but not limited to, service lines for the supply of water, gas service lines, electrical power and telephone conduits and line, sanitary sewers and storm sewers which are now or which may be subsequently located upon the Leased Premises and used by HAECO or any subtenants.
Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 10.1. You must: 10.1.1. keep the Hire Items in proper working order and in the condition in which they were supplied to you; 10.1.2. store the Hire Items safely and securely and protect from theft, seizure, loss or damage; 10.1.3. Ensure that the items are not stored outside where they can be damaged by the weather; all items are for indoor use unless otherwise specified - this is including during transport 10.1.4. allow Timbermill (or a nominated person) to enter the Premises to inspect the Hire Items, at any times during the Hire Period; 10.1.5. notify Timbermill immediately if there is any loss or damage to any of the Hire Items; 10.1.6. compensate Timbermill for the cost of repair of any Hire Items that are damaged (other than through fair wear and tear) and are capable of repair; 10.1.7. pay Timbermill for the replacement cost of any of the Hire Items that are lost or damaged beyond repair; 10.1.8. pay any additional costs incurred by Timbermill due to the loss or damage of any of the Hire Items; and 10.1.9. only use the Hire Items for their intended use and in accordance with any instructions for use provided to you by Timbermill. 10.2. You must not: 10.2.1. alter, tamper, damage or repair the Hire Items without Timbermill’s written consent; 10.2.2. remove the Hire Items from the Premises without Timbermill’s prior written consent; 10.2.3. give any of the Hire Items to a third party for their use; 10.2.4. tamper with, obliterate, cover up or remove any words or signs affixed to the Hire Items by Timbermill. 10.3. You must maintain at your own expense during the Hire Period all appropriate policies of insurance (including by way of example, but not limited to public liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, business insurance or contents insurance). You must, before the Hire Items are supplied to you, produce on request by Timbermill, certificates of currency of insurance or other documents that Timbermill considers appropriate to establish you have taken out the required insurance cover. 10.4. If any of the Hire Items are lost or damaged in circumstances where a claim can be made upon insurance effected by Timbermill then you must: 10.4.1. provide all necessary co-operation to Timbermill, the Police and the insurer in respect of any claim; and 10.4.2. immediately upon demand, pay to Timbermill any excess payable by Timbermill on the insurance effected by Timbermill. 10.5. Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 2.1 The Hirer must produce event documentation to include a risk assessment and an emergency action plan of the Hire. This documentation must include details of health and safety issues relating to the nature of the hire including arrangements for first aid, supervision, communication, crowd control, use of equipment, traffic management and emergency procedures, appropriate to the nature of the hire. Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 4.1 During the Agreement, the Tutor will: a) provide the Services carefully and skillfully as best they can and in a first class professional way; b) meet the Client’s reasonable expectations by providing the Services as agreed with the Client; c) where appropriate, ensure the learners have successfully achieved the credits and merit any certification provided to them; d) reply as soon as possible to any reasonable request from the Client for information and reports in connection with the Services; e) tell the Client as soon as he/she reasonably can if the Tutor is unable to provide the Services or complete any part the Services for any reason; f) try to ensure that he/she is available at all reasonable times (as long as the Tutor is given reasonable notice in advance) to provide any assistance or information the Client in relation to the Services; g) not incur any expense on the Client's behalf, or give the impression he/she is allowed to do so, unless the Client specifically tells the Tutor to do so in writing; h) comply with all reasonable standards of safety and with the Client's written health and safety procedures where the Services are provided at the Client’s or any third parties premises, and report any unsafe working conditions or practices to the Client; i) comply with all applicable laws about anti-bribery and anti-corruption including the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and also with any of the Client's ethics policies or data protection policies that the Tutor is made aware of; and j) make sure that all his/her work is original and does not infringe anybody else's rights and that nothing the Tutor does will be unlawful or infringe anybody else's rights of data or privacy, or be obscene, or damage anybody's reputation in a way that the law judges to be defamatory. 4.2 The Tutor is engaged as a self-employed contractor with the ability to take ownership of the Services and accept proper responsibility for their provision. The Tutor is free to use his/her professional judgement and shall have autonomy in relation to determining the method of performance of the Services provided that in doing so the Tutor shall co-operate with the Client and comply with all reasonable and lawful requests of the Client. 4.3 The Tutor may provide the Services from such locations as the Tutor shall determine having regard to the nature and delivery of the Services and as agreed with the Client. 4.4 The Tutor shall not be required to provide any advice and assistance in addition t...
Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 4.1 The Hirer shall not use the Hall for any illegal or unauthorized activities. 4.2 The Hirer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Hall premises, fixtures, or equipment during the hire period, and shall bear the costs of repair or replacement. 4.3 The Hirer shall promptly notify the Hall in writing of any damage caused by the hirer or their attendees during the hire period. 4.4 The notification should include detailed information about the nature and extent of the damage, along with any relevant supporting documentation or evidence. 4.5 The notification should be sent to the designated contact person at the Hall, as specified in the contact information provided by the Hall. 4.6 The Hirer understands that their failure to notify the Hall about any damage caused may affect their liability and any potential claims related to the damage. 4.7 The Hirer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and bylaws pertaining to the use of the Hall premises. 4.8 The Hirer agrees that a responsible adult will be present at all times during the Xxxxx’s booking period.
