Unit Eligibility. The District agrees that it shall notify the Union when full-time faculty return to the unit from the supervisory unit, and when new faculty are hired. Such notification shall be given to the Union as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 working days after inclusion and/or approval by the Board of Trustees.
