Unit for Continuous Service Sample Clauses
The 'Unit for continuous service' clause defines the standard measurement used to quantify ongoing or uninterrupted services provided under an agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether services are measured in hours, days, or another relevant unit, and clarifies how partial periods are treated for billing or performance purposes. By establishing a clear unit of measurement, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of service expectations and payment calculations, thereby reducing disputes and promoting transparency in service delivery.
