Resource Teachers – Salary on Appointment. Language Therapists (SLT) Base salary on appointment for all SLTs shall have regard to previous service and qualifications.
Resource Teachers – Salary on Appointment. 3.2.1 Resource Teachers Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) Subject to clause 3.2.4 below, a teacher appointed to a position of RTLB will be paid on the appropriate step on the base scale and will be entitled to a permanent unit as per clause 3.4.2.

Previous SLT service shall include all service as a trained and registered SLT (including in the employment of a New Zealand state or state-integrated school). Appendix 6 shall apply in regards to any previous work experience (other than SLT service) the SLT has.

  • Post-Termination Cooperation Following any termination of this Agreement, all Parties shall thereafter cooperate fully and work diligently in good faith to achieve an orderly resolution of all matters resulting from such termination.

  • Transition to Retirement 24.1 An Employee may advise their Employer in writing of their intention to retire within the next five years and participate in a retirement transition arrangement. 24.2 Transition to retirement arrangements may be proposed and, where agreed, implemented as: (a) a flexible working arrangement (see clause 16 (Flexible Working Arrangements)); (b) in writing between the parties; or (c) any combination of the above. 24.3 A transition to retirement arrangement may include but is not limited to: (a) a reduction in their EFT; (b) a job share arrangement; or (c) working in a position at a lower classification or rate of pay. 24.4 The Employer will consider, and not unreasonably refuse, a request by an Employee who wishes to transition to retirement: (a) to use accrued Long Service Leave (LSL) or Annual Leave for the purpose of reducing the number of days worked per week while retaining their previous employment status; or (b) to be appointed to a role which that has a lower hourly rate of pay or hours (post transition role), in which case: (i) the Employer will preserve the accrual of LSL at the time of reduction in salary or hours; and (ii) where LSL is taken or paid out in lieu on termination, the Employee will be paid LSL hours at the applicable classification and grade, and at the preserved hours, prior to the post transition role until the preserved LSL hours are exhausted.

  • A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following: 1.5.2. For completion and approval of all PROJECTS/SERVICES where “Extra Work” (defined as changes in approved portions of the PROJECT/SERVICES required by and ordered in writing by DIRECTOR which changes constitute a change in or departure from said approved portions of PROJECTS/SERVICES) is not authorized, compensation including reimbursables shall be described and payable as stipulated in Fee Schedule, herein after referred to as “Attachment B”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 1.5.3. Increases in the CONTRACT amount for services within the existing scope of work may be granted by the DIRECTOR where the amount does not exceed 25 percent of the existing CONTRACT price or $100,000, whichever is less. b. A-E's billing for the Extra Work shall include but not be limited to names of A- E's staff employed in the Extra Work, classification of employees and number of hours worked. 1.5.4. For partial completion of work of PROJECTS/SERVICES followed by default on part of A-E: a. For failure to complete and secure approval of the first required submittal, there shall be no compensation. b. For failure to complete and secure approval of other authorized phases, A-E shall, upon completion of PROJECTS/SERVICES by others, be entitled to receive compensation based on approved work of PROJECTS/SERVICES not to exceed the amounts specified in Attachment A for that particular submittal, plus the reasonable value as determined by COUNTY of the non-approved work; provided, however, that if the cost to COUNTY to complete the contract exceeds the amount specified herein, A-E shall be liable to COUNTY for such excess costs attributable to A-E's breach of the CONTRACT.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025.
