Unit Members Not Mentioned in Section E1 Above. Unused accumulated vacation leave hours shall be carried over for use in the next fiscal year except that the maximum amount of accumulated vacation leave hours available for carryover shall not exceed two (2) years of a unit member’s earned accrual rate. Unused vacation leave hours accumulated in excess of two (2) years shall be paid in a lump sum payment at the end of the fiscal year.
