Accumulation of earned vacation. Effective with the 2014-2015 school year and thereafter, not more than eighteen (18) days of earned, unused vacation as of June 30 shall be carried forward into the new fiscal year. Unused earned vacation days accumulated in excess of eighteen (18) days as of June 30 shall be paid off with the July pay warrant. Neither party shall reopen Article 15 section B.5. for the term of this Agreement.
Accumulation of earned vacation. 1. Faculty Sign Language Interpreters, Sign Language Interpreters I-IV, Food Services, and Seasonal Unit Members: Any unused accumulated vacation hours shall be paid in a lump sum payment at the end of the fiscal year.
