Common use of University Place Hotel Re-Assignment Clause in Contracts

University Place Hotel Re-Assignment. In the event there is a shortage of University Housing or a facility emergency and UHRL assigns Resident to a Space in University Place Hotel, the Resident remains a UHRL Resident under this Contract. However, Resident may also be required to abide by additional conduct requirements of the University Place Hotel.
