Common use of University Tenure Committee Clause in Contracts

University Tenure Committee. By 1 October, a University Tenure Committee shall be struck consisting of: • a Chairperson appointed by the President from among tenured Professors and Professional Associate IV's; • one (1) tenured member elected by and from each of the faculties of Arts, Education, Health Studies, Music, and Science; • one (1) tenured member elected by and from those Professional Associates who are not members of the above Faculties;
