Inappropriate Conduct You shall not use the Service or the Device in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or any similar behavior. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your Service if, in our sole and absolute discretion, we determine that you have used the Service or the Device in any of the aforementioned ways. In the event of such termination, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a termination fee, if applicable, all of which will become immediately due and payable upon termination of your Service. If we believe that you have used the Service or the Device in any of the aforementioned ways, we may forward the relevant communication and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You hereby consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities. In addition, VoIP Systems USA will provide information in response to law enforcement requests, subpoenas, court orders, to protect it's rights and property and in the case where failure to disclose the information may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.
Unlawful Use Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.
Unlawfulness It is or becomes unlawful for an Obligor to perform any of its obligations under the Finance Documents.
Unlawful Activities Member agrees not to use the premises or any part thereof for the conduct of unlawful activities.
Unlawful Discrimination 14.1 The Contractor shall not unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the provisions of the Race Relations Xxx 0000, the Sex Discrimination Acts 1975 and 1986 and Disability Discrimination Xxx 0000, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof relating to discrimination in employment. Improper Influence Grantee certifies that no Grant Funds have been paid or will be paid by or on behalf of Grantee to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any government agency, a member of Congress or Illinois General Assembly, an officer or employee of Congress or Illinois General Assembly, or an employee of a member of Congress or Illinois General Assembly in connection with the awarding of any agreement, the making of any grant, the making of any loan, the entering into of any cooperative agreement, or the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment or modification of any agreement, grant, loan or cooperative agreement. 31 USC 1352. Additionally, Grantee certifies that it has filed the required certification under the Xxxx Anti-Lobbying Amendment (31 USC 1352), if applicable.
Deletion or return of Company Personal Data 9.1 Subject to this section 9 Processor shall promptly and in any event within 10 business days of the date of cessation of any Services involving the Processing of Company Personal Data (the “Cessation Date”), delete and procure the deletion of all copies of those Company Personal Data.
