Common use of Unless Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Unless Xxxxxxx. xxx agrees otherwise, all changes, updates and/or amendments of the Accommodation Information (including rates, availability, rooms) shall be made by the Accommodation directly and on-line through the Extranet or such other ways as Xxxxxxx.xxx may reasonably indicate. Updates and changes in respect of pictures, photos and descriptions will be as soon as reasonably possible processed by Xxxxxxx.xxx.
