Unlimited Messaging. Unlimited Messaging is included with select plans and is available in the National Enhanced Services rate and coverage area in the United States. Messaging applies when sending and receiving (i) text, picture and video messages to and from Verizon Wireless and Non-Verizon Wireless customers in the United States, (ii) Text, picture, and video messages sent via email, (iii) Instant messages, and (iv) Text messages with customers of wireless carriers in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Messaging is subject to Text, Picture, and Video Messaging Terms and conditions. Premium messages are not included. Friends & Family for Business: Calls directed to and received from an account’s listed Friends & Family numbers shall not use Monthly Anytime Voice Minutes. For Nationwide for Business plans with 900 minutes or more or 450 minute plan with the share option can add up to ten (10) Friends & Family numbers. Only calls from Nationwide Coverage Area to designated domestic landline or wireless numbers (excluding Directory Assistance, 900 numbers, or customer’s own wireless or Voicemail access numbers) may be added; all qualifying lines on an account share the same Friends & Family numbers, up to account’s eligibility limits; My Verizon, My Business Account or Verizon Enterprise Center is required to set up and manage Friends & Family numbers.

Unlimited Messaging. Unlimited Messaging Plans or plans with unlimited messaging include only Our Short Messaging Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and not any other messaging services or applications. Messages are intended for direct communication between phones and must originate from your phone. Messages sent to tablets, laptops, or other connected devices are excluded from our unlimited messaging plans. Messages sent through applications may incur data charges. We may terminate or restrict your messaging Service for tethered messaging, excessive use, or misuse.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Alerts via Text Message To stop Alerts via text message, text "STOP" to 99785 at anytime. Alerts sent to your primary email address will be unaffected by this action. To restore Alerts on your Mobile Device, just visit the Alerts tab in Online Banking and click the box next to your mobile number for the Alert(s) you would like to receive again.   • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.

  • Unlimited mile packages, 500 mile packages and 100 miles per night packages are available at extra cost. All mileage packages must be prepaid before departure. There is no refund for any unused miles. Excess miles are charged at $0.25 per mile upon return of vehicle.

  • ODUF Message to be Transmitted 6.1.1 The following messages recorded by BellSouth will be transmitted to Quality Telephone: - Message recording for per use/per activation type services (examples: Three Way Calling, Verify, Interrupt, Call Return, etc.) - Measured billable Local - Directory Assistance messages - IntraLATA Toll - WATS and 800 Service - N11 - Information Service Provider Messages - Operator Services Messages - Credit/Cancel Records - Usage for Voice Mail Message Service 6.1.2 Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on ODUF. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Quality Telephone. 6.1.4 In the event that Quality Telephone detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from BellSouth, Quality Telephone will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).

  • Unlimited Liability Neither party will exclude or limit its liability for damages resulting from: a) unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information, b) either party’s breach of its data protection and security obligations that result in an unauthorized use or disclosure of personal data,

  • Usage for Voice Mail Message Service Rated Incollects (originated in BellSouth and from other companies) can also be on Optional Daily Usage File. Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately.

  • Electronic Means Delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement by electronic facsimile transmission or other means of electronic communication capable of producing a printed copy will be deemed to be execution and delivery of this Agreement as of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).

  • Unlimited Rights Rights to use, duplicate, release, or disclose, Data in whole or in part, in any manner and for any purposes whatsoever, and to have or permit others to do so.
