Direct Communication. As soon as reasonably possible after a dispute is identified, each Party shall set forth their positions in the dispute in written correspondence delivered to the other Party. Within 15 days after delivery, representatives of each Party shall meet at a mutually agreed time and place to attempt, with diligence and in good faith, to resolve and settle the dispute.
