Common use of Unpaid Bills Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Bills. (a) If we bill you directly and you have failed to pay a bill by the due date, we may send you a reminder notice which: (i) gives you at least five business days after it is sent to make payment; and (ii) warns you that we may disconnect your premises if payment is not made. (b) We may send a disconnection warning if you fail to make a payment in accordance with the reminder notice. (c) If you fail to comply with the disconnection warning within five business days after its receipt, we may disconnect your premises unless the amount due is less than the amount approved by the QCA.
