Unscheduled or Forced Outages. The Parties shall notify each other of emergency maintenance and forced outages that could potentially significantly impact the other entity(ies) as soon as possible (but not to exceed 30 minutes) after such conditions are identified. Reporting of an outage in SDX or RCIS constitutes notice under this Agreement. The Parties shall evaluate the impact of emergency and forced outages on the Parties’ transmission systems and work with one another to develop remedial steps as necessary.
