UNSCHEDULED VISIT. Unscheduled visit performed as part of the Study that are outside of the normal standard of patient care and visit schedule will be paid per procedure done, according to the rates outlined in the attached table Detailed Budget – Conditional Fees. Processing of payment will begin upon receipt of invoice with adequate supporting documentation in accordance and approval of Sponsor or its designee.
