Common use of Update Schedules Clause in Contracts

Update Schedules. Between the date hereof and the Closing Date, each Selling Entity shall promptly disclose to On Stage in writing any information set forth in the Schedules that is no longer complete, true or applicable and any information of the nature of that set forth in the Schedules that arises after the date hereof and that would have been required to be included in the Schedules if such information had been obtained on the date of delivery thereof.
