Updated Rent Rolls. Upon the Lender’s request (but not more frequently than quarterly), a current Rent Roll for each Mortgaged Property, showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable, the rent paid and any other information requested by the Lender and accompanied by a certificate of the Chief Financial Officer of the REIT to the effect that each such Rent Roll fairly, accurately and completely presents the information required therein.
Updated Rent Rolls. Within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of each Borrower, and at any other time upon Lender’s request, a current Rent Roll for each Mortgaged Property, showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid and any other information requested by Lender and accompanied by a certificate of an authorized representative of Borrower reasonably acceptable to Lender to the effect that each such Rent Roll fairly, accurately and completely presents the information required therein;

As soon as available, and in any event within forty five (45) days after each Calendar Quarter, a current Rent Roll for each Mortgaged Property, showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable, the rent paid and any other information requested by the Lender and accompanied by a certificate of the Chief Financial Officer of UDRT to the effect that each such Rent Roll fairly, accurately and completely presents the information required therein.
Updated Rent Rolls. Rent Rolls for the Properties, updated to the Closing Date and certified by a general partner of the Seller.

Upon Servicer's or Xxxxxx Mae's request, a current Rent Roll for each Property, showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable, the rent paid and any other information requested by Servicer or Xxxxxx Mae and in the form required by Servicer or Xxxxxx Xxx and accompanied by a certificate of the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer of EQR to the effect that each such Rent Roll fairly, accurately and completely presents the information required therein.

Upon Servicer's or Fannxx Xxx's request, a current Rent Roll for each Property, showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable, the rent paid and any other information requested by Servicer or Fannxx Xxx and in the form required by Servicer or Fannxx Xxx xxx accompanied by a certificate of the chief financial officer of each Borrower to the effect that each such Rent Roll fairly, accurately and completely, in all material respects, presents the information required therein as of the date thereof.
Updated Rent Rolls. Upon Xxxxxx Mae’s request, a current Rent Roll for each Mortgaged Property, accompanied by a certificate of the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer or a vice president in the accounting or financial divisions of EQR to the effect that each such Rent Roll fairly, accurately and completely presents the information required therein. In addition, upon Xxxxxx Mae’s request, Borrower shall provide Xxxxxx Mae with any other information reasonably requested by Xxxxxx Xxx or necessary to comply with Xxxxxx Mae’s regulatory reporting requirements; provided, that Borrower shall not be required to expend funds or use significant personnel time to obtain such information.
Updated Rent Rolls. Within thirty (30) days of Servicer's or Fannxx Xxx's written request, which so long as no Event of Default or Potential Event of Default has occurred and is continuing shall be made not more frequently than four (4) times in any twelve month period, a current Rent Roll for each Property, showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable, the rent paid and any other information requested by Servicer or Fannxx Xxx and in the form required by Servicer or Fannxx Xxx xxx accompanied by a certificate of a Senior Financial Officer of General Partner and Ambassador REIT stating that the information set forth on each Rent Roll is true and correct as of its date and contains all the information as and when requested by Fannxx Xxx.
Updated Rent Rolls. Upon request, Seller shall provide updated rent rolls to Buyer, provided that Seller shall not be required to provide updated rent rolls more frequently than once every two weeks.
