Current Rent Roll. The Rent Roll (as that term is defined in Section 5.18 hereof) containing a list of the current rents now being collected on each of the apartment units in the Improvements which includes: apartment number, unit status, tenant name, commencement and termination dates, lease rent, deposits and details of any concessions.
Current Rent Roll. A list of the current rents now being collected on each of the apartment units under the Leases attached hereto as Schedule F (the information on said Schedule F, the “Rent Roll”), which includes: apartment number, unit type, tenant name, commencement and termination dates, lease rent (including any prepaid rent), security deposits and details of any concessions and current delinquencies, in such form as is prepared by the Partnership in the ordinary course of business.
Current Rent Roll. A list of the current rents now being collected on each of the apartment units in the Improvements which includes: apartment number, unit type, tenant name, commencement and termination dates, lease rent and security deposits.
Current Rent Roll. A current rent roll for the Property, attached hereto as Schedule D, listing for each of the apartment units in the Improvements: apartment number, unit type, unit status, tenant name, commencement and termination dates, market rent, lease rent, security deposits and details of any concessions and schedule of rental delinquencies in such form as is prepared by Seller in the ordinary course of business (the “Rent Roll”).
Current Rent Roll. Copies of the final executed limited partnership agreement and all amendments and Borrower’s certification that the amendments provided are the only amendments to the limited partnership agreement to date.
Current Rent Roll. The rent roll used by Sellers in the operation of the Properties in the form attached hereto as Schedule 4.1(j), updated to a date no earlier than five (5) Business Days prior to Closing;
Current Rent Roll. To Seller's knowledge, the rent roll attached as Schedule 8 hereto is true and correct in all material respects.
Current Rent Roll. A certified copy of the rent roll of the Property (the “Rent Roll”) for the period ending May 31, 2005 (a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule C), setting forth the tenant occupancy of the Property, the current rent now being collected on each of the apartment units in the Improvements which includes: apartment number, unit type, tenant name, commencement and termination dates, the status of the rental payments payable under each lease and the security deposit(s) held by Seller with respect to each apartment unit, together with a copy of a standard form of lease.
Current Rent Roll. A Rent Roll dated not more than five (5) days prior to the Closing certified by Seller as true and complete showing no adverse changes from the Rent Roll delivered as part of the Property Information, other than Material Changes, if any, disclosed to Buyer pursuant to Section 5.1(n) of this Agreement;
Current Rent Roll. Rent Roll attached hereto as Exhibit "B-1", updated as of no more than two (2) days prior to the Closing Date and including, without limitation, a schedule of all unpaid rents.
