Common use of Updates and Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Updates and Upgrades. Contractor grants to DTS a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use upgrades and updates provided by Contractor during the term of this Contract. Such upgrades and updates are subject to the terms of this Contract. DTS shall download, distribute, and install all updates as released by Contractor during the Contract Period, and Contractor strongly suggests that DTS also downloads, distributes, and installs all upgrades as released by Contractor during the Contract Period.
