In revising and updating its Connectivity Services from time to time, Signatory will use commercially reasonable efforts to do so in accordance with generally accepted industry practices and implemented in a non-discriminatory manner; provided, however, this provision shall not apply to limit modifications or updates to the extent that such revisions or updates are required by Applicable Law or implemented to respond promptly to newly discovered privacy or security threats.
