Updates – Trial License. At our sole discretion, you may receive certain Updates for the Product Package version you are evaluating. If Progress makes Updates to the Product Package available to you, such Updates replace and/or supplement (and may disable) the version of the Product Package that formed the basis for your eligibility for the Update. You may use the resulting updated Product Package only in accordance with the terms of this Trial License. For the avoidance of doubt, Updates do not restart the term of the Trial License.
