Common use of Upfront Premium Clause in Contracts

Upfront Premium. 19.2.1 In consideration of grant of the Concession, the Concessionaire has made, simultaneous to the signing and execution of this Agreement, a non-refundable payment of INR 15,00,00,000 (Rupee Fifteen Crore), as specified in the Bid Documents, to the Authority (“Upfront Premium”).
