Contractor Designation of Trade Secrets or Otherwise Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of materials to be trade secret under section 688.002 or 812.081, F.S., or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor must clearly designate that portion of the materials as trade secret or otherwise confidential when submitted to the Department. The Contractor will be responsible for responding to and resolving all claims for access to Contract-related materials it has designated trade secret or otherwise confidential.
TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of LHSIA, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services.
