Terminal Equipment. Terminal equipment owned or acquired by the Authority for use by Affiliated Airline shall remain the property of the Authority. SAMPLE
Terminal Equipment. The Company’s facilities and service may be used with or terminated in terminal equipment or communications systems such as a PBX, key system, single line telephone, or pay telephone. Such terminal equipment shall be furnished and maintained at the expenses of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for all costs at his or her premises, including personnel, wiring, electrical power, and the like, incurred in the use of Spectrotel’s service. When such terminal equipment is used, the equipment shall comply with the generally accepted minimum protective criteria standards of the telecommunications industry.
Terminal Equipment. Since the Interim Balance Sheet Date, there has ------------------ been no change to the inventory levels and book value of the Terminal Equipment where such change would reasonably be expected to have a Seller Material Adverse Effect.

Terminal Equipment. Subscriber is required to use Terminal Equipment to access the Services. Subscribers of CAC’s/KVH AgilePlans Service are provided the Terminal Equipment as a part of the AgilePlans Service offering and acknowledge that such Terminal Equipment remains the property of KVH. All other Subscribers, at Subscriber’s expense, shall be solely responsible for purchasing or leasing the Terminal Equipment from CAC or an authorized provider. All Subscribers are required to maintain, operate and safely and securely store the Terminal Equipment. Subscriber shall use only the Terminal Equipment with the Services and acknowledges that the Services cannot be adequately provided without such Terminal Equipment. Subscriber shall not modify the Terminal Equipment in a manner that violates this Agreement or would otherwise alter the transmission characteristics of the Terminal Equipment.
Terminal Equipment. Terminal Building equipment owned or acquired by NOAB for use by AIRLINE shall remain the property and under the control of NOAB.
Terminal Equipment. Included in the Airline Premises as of January 1, 2016, is Terminal equipment as set forth in Exhibit “F” attached hereto. Terminal equipment owned or acquired by AUTHORITY for use by AIRLINE in its Airline Premises shall remain the property, and under the control, of AUTHORITY.
Terminal Equipment. At each end of the city pairs on which Customer order Facilities, Qwest shall provide appropriate equipment in its terminal locations necessary to connect the Facilities to Customer's Interconnection Facilities (as defined below). In the event that customer desires to install its own equipment in one or more of Qwest's terminals and Qwest, in its sole discretion, agrees to such installation, the parties shall execute Qwest's standard form license agreement.
