CSP Agreement means the Credit Agreement dated 28 September 2000 made between (1) Chartered Silicon Partners Pte Ltd, (2) the lead arrangers named therein, (3) the arrangers named therein, (4) the co-arranger named therein, (5) the lead manager named therein, (6) the manager named therein, (7) the guarantor banks named therein, (8) the lending banks named therein, (9) the agent named therein and (10) the security trustee named therein.

CSP Agreement means an agreement entered into between the BCMB and a CSP regarding the roles and responsibilities of the CSP with respect to the collection of refillable Containers, the performance standards for the CSP, the method and criteria for evaluating the CSP in relation to those performance standards and any other matter relevant to the operations of the CSP.

• For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the applicable Licence Agreements, SPLA and/or the CSP Agreement is not applicable to the Services being received or delivered by the Supplier to the Customer under this Agreement, such agreements shall not apply.

• The CSP Agreement is effective only in relation to such Microsoft products and it does not apply in relation to any other products or services provided by the Supplier.

• For the avoidance of doubt, by signing this Contract the Client has fully accepted all provisions of this Schedule 4 including the CSP Agreement and any related Product Terms.

CSP Agreement means an agreement between MUSTEK and any/all CSP’s who have authorised MUSTEK to grant the rights and authority granted to RESELLER under this Addendum.
