Uploading and Processing of Your Data on the MiSANTO. App Only You will have the key to share uploaded data via your mobile device. All of your health- related data remains under your control. With the MiSANTO-App, You are free to share your health-related data with whomever You choose and trust. You can also permit your personal Health Professional to share health-related data pertaining to You directly over the MiSANTO-App. We store your data on servers in Switzerland. You are aware and agree that we may use subcontractors for the fulfillment of the obligations under this contract. For further infor- mation please see the Privacy Policy. In addition, if You wish so, we may refer You to Health Professionals for medical consulta- tions which participate in our MiSANTO-App. We may use your data for data analytic pur- poses to monitor and detect health-related risks and unusual developments. If we detect health-related risks or unusual developments, we can and you hereby agree that we can provide You with feedback-notifications. You may opt-out from receiving such feedback- notifications anytime by with a message to xxxx@xxxxxxx.xx at no additional cost. Aside from the above, MiSANTO stores and uses your personal data only in accordance with the principles of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (“FADP”) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and in accordance with the principles described in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
