Upon or during a Termination Event. ATB Financial may, in its sole option, immediately terminate any or all of this Agreement without notice of further action. ATB Financial may, if it so chooses, continue to provide the Client with any one or more Services or with access to ATB Business but, subject to applicable law, ATB Financial shall have the option of revising any fees or charges due without prior notice to the Client. Such continuation of Services shall not constitute a waiver of any of ATB Financial’s rights under the ATB Financial agreements or otherwise.
