Occurrence in Section II - Liability:
a. an accident which first occurs during the policy period and which results in bodily injury or property damage during the policy period. Repeated or continuous exposure to the same general harmful conditions is considered to be one occurrence; or
b. the commission of an offense which is first committed during the policy period and which results in personal injury. A series of similar or related offenses is considered to be one occurrence.
Occurrence. Failure to attend work for more than one (1) consecutive workday. An occurrence will also be counted as an absence for the purpose of discipline.
Occurrence. If and to the extent that a Relief Event adversely affects the ability of the Contractor to perform any of its obligations under this Contract, then the Contractor shall be entitled to apply for relief from any rights of the Authority arising under clause 34.3 (Termination by the Authority for Contractor Default) and its obligations under this Contract.
