Occurrence in Section II - Liability:
a. an accident which first occurs during the policy period and which results in bodily injury or property damage during the policy period. Repeated or continuous exposure to the same general harmful conditions is considered to be one occurrence; or
b. the commission of an offense which is first committed during the policy period and which results in personal injury. A series of similar or related offenses is considered to be one occurrence.
Occurrence. Failure to attend work for more than one (1) consecutive workday. An occurrence will also be counted as an absence for the purpose of discipline.
Occurrence. If and to the extent that a Relief Event adversely affects the ability of the Contractor to perform any of its obligations under this Contract, then the Contractor shall be entitled to apply for relief from any rights of the Authority arising under clause 34.3 (Termination by the Authority for Contractor Default) and its obligations under this Contract.
Occurrence. The Development Entity shall take all steps necessary to ensure that the Project Services are performed in accordance with the terms of this PPA following any Change in Law.
Occurrence. Developer shall take all steps necessary to ensure that the Works are performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement following any Change in Law.
Occurrence. This term shall mean each occurrence or series of occurrences arising out of one event.
Occurrence an accident, including continuous or repeated exposure to substantially the same general harmful conditions.
Occurrence. This Agreement shall terminate on the earlier of the:
27.1.1 expiry or termination of the PFI Project Agreement; or
27.1.2 closure of the Academy; or
27.1.3 termination of the Funding Agreement save where this Agreement is to be or has been novated to a suitable replacement sponsor pursuant to the terms of the Principal Agreement; or
27.1.4 termination of the Lease pursuant to clause 5.4 and 6.7 thereof.
Occurrence. A report is to be specific to a single occurrence and must provide relevant information to allow for investigation and follow-up action.
Occurrence. Any one event or occurrence or all occurrences of a series consequent on or directly attributable to one source or original cause. From the effective date until the expiry date (both shown in The Schedule) or any subsequent period for which We accept payment for renewal of the policy.
