Financial Agreements means interest rate swaps, options, or other agreements between two (2) parties to exchange or have the conditional right to exchange interest rate exposure from fixed rate to variable rate or from variable rate to fixed rate, or to provide other economic benefit to an issuance of notes or a portfolio of notes, or to hedge the net interest margin of the Commonwealth;
Financial Agreements means, collectively, the I-Bank Loan Agreements and the State Loan Agreements, and in the singular, any I-Bank Loan Agreement or State Loan Agreement.
Financial Agreements means the agreements signed by the operator/bidder separately, with the Lender/Bank/Financial Institution for seeking the finance/loans for setting up the Cold storage/facility/project in CWC land/warehouse.

The RAB, if issued, may be issued in multiple series, as further described and limited at Exhibit E hereto, and shall comply with the criteria to be set forth in the Financial Agreements and the resolutions, indentures or other agreements to be negotiated providing for and securing the issuance of the RAB.

Financial Agreements means the agreement entered into between the Employer and the Contractor in relation to the repayment for 100% of the Accepted Financing Amount arranged by Contractor’s own finance. The word “Financial agreement” and “Loan Agreement” are synonymous.
Financial Agreements means the financial agreement(s) for 100% of the Accepted Financing Amount, between the Employer and the financing banks or institutions for the Project. The word “Financial agreement” and “Loans Agreement” are synonymous.

Means each and every loan agreement, promissory note, document, guarantee agreement, mortgage, pledge agreement, subordination agreement and other documents related to the financing of debt for the construction and development of the PROJECT, as well as all of the agreements for the protection of interest rates or exchange rates related to such debt financing (with the understanding that such protection agreements shall be linked to the FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS and will not have speculative purposes), including in each case any amendment, extension, renewal, refinancing and replacement thereof (in the understanding that any refinancing shall maintain or improve the loan conditions), but excluding the financing that have been entirely paid for. This definition shall not consider any type of document related to the financing of the debt contracted by the DEVELOPER after the SET-UP OF OPERATIONS of the PROJECT.
Financial Agreements means the Agreements referred to in sub-paragraphs (o), (p) and (q) of this Section, collectively;
