UPS My Choice® Features. Features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and the MC Logistics Services available to You may vary based on the location of Your residence, Your method of enrollment, information provided by You, and Your agreement to applicable terms and conditions. As a result, UPS may provide limited access to some features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and some MC Logistics Services (for example, You may be limited to receipt of package delivery alerts by email). You may be required to provide sufficient verification of identity before You are able to access Your account for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services or certain features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and MC Logistics Services (for example, the ability to reroute a shipment to another address). The specific features of the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services and the MC Logistics Services available to You are those displayed when You log in to Your account for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services. You may stop using the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services at any time and may terminate Your membership for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services at any time by logging in to Your account for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services, accessing Your UPS My Choice® preferences, selecting Managing My Membership(s), and electing to cancel Your membership(s). You may also terminate Your membership for the UPS My Choice® Personal and Commercial Services by contacting Your local UPS Customer Service contact number published online at XXX.xxx. However, UPS will not refund in whole or in part the UPS My Choice® Premium Membership or UPS My Choice® for Business Premium Membership fees upon any termination.

  • Standard Service Features Ethernet Access allows Customer to terminate single and/or multiple Ethernet Virtual Circuits (EVCs) from Customer equipment onto a single Ethernet Access UNI.

  • Unbundled Voice Xxxx XX0 (XXX-XX0) Loops are 2-wire Loop start circuits, will be non-designed, and will not have remote access test points. OC will be offered as a chargeable option on XX0 Xxxxx when reuse of existing facilities has been requested by ONS. ONS may also order OC-TS when a specified conversion time is requested. OC-TS is a chargeable option for any coordinated order and is billed in addition to the OC charge. An Engineering Information (EI) document can be ordered as a chargeable option. The EI document provides Loop Make-Up information which is similar to the information normally provided in a Design Layout Record (DLR). Upon issuance of a non-coordinated order in the service order system, XX0 Xxxxx will be activated on the due date in the same manner and time frames that BellSouth normally activates POTS-type Loops for its End Users.

  • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites. MLS rules generally provide that any property entered into its database be updated within forty-eight (48) hours, or some other period of time, after all necessary signatures have been obtained in regard to the Property. Seller has the right to prohibit any and all publication of information in regard to a transfer of the Property. In order to exercise this right, the Seller is required to authorize a separate addendum provided by the Agency and attach to this Agreement.

  • Service Updates Our Services may automatica ly download and insta l updates to your computer system from time to time and you hereby permit and consent to same. Updates are genera ly developed to improve our Services, including by providing enhanced functionality, bug fixes, and new software.
