Common use of Usage Clause in Contracts

Usage. Use of Common and Basement and Service Areas: The Common and basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the Premier Orchard (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

Usage. Use of Common and Basement (if any) and Service Areas: The Common and basement(s) (if any) and service areas, areas if any, as any located within the Premier Orchard (project name), Project shall be earmarked ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment’s equipments etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements basement(s) (if any) in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association Maintenance In-charge (including the Association of allottees formed by the Allottees allottees) for rendering maintenance services.

Usage. Use of Common and Basement Basement, Ground Floor and Service Areas: The Common and basement(s) basement, Ground Floor area, Open Space and service areas, if any, as located within the Premier Orchard (project name)Project, shall be earmarked ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment’s equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services basement, Ground Floor area, Open Space and service areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, if allotted, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees Association for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee Allottee’s shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees allottee’s formed by the Allottees Allottee’s for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee Allottee’s shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees allottee’s formed by the Allottees Allottee’s for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
