Common use of USAVINGS PROVISION Clause in Contracts

USAVINGS PROVISION. U If any provision of the Agreement is held to be contrary to law, or P.E.R.B. rules, as interpreted by the State Supreme Court or the Attorney General, such provisions will not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions will continue in full force and effect.
