Recharacterizations If you make a contribution to a Traditional IRA and later recharacterize either all or a portion of the original contribution to a Xxxx XXX along with net income attributable, you may elect to treat the original contribution as having been made to the Xxxx XXX. The same methodology applies when recharacterizing a contribution from a Xxxx XXX to a Traditional IRA. The deadline for completing a recharacterization is your tax filing deadline (including any extensions), for the year for which the original contribution was made. You may not recharacterize a Xxxx XXX conversion or an employer-sponsored retirement plan rollover.
Templates The Applicant shall use Templates provided by Alberta Innovates to comply with its Required Reporting Metrics, Reports obligations, and with the Survey requirements. Because the Reports may contain technical or proprietary information about the Project or the Applicant, the Templates will specify when a section will be considered non-confidential. The content of sections that are marked as non-confidential can be disclosed in the public domain. All other sections will be considered confidential, and thus can only be disclosed to the Government of Alberta and to Funding Partners, if any, in confidence, but to no other party.

System Description The DLCS is a network consisting of devices which are remotely controlled over RF transmission equipment by the PowerCAMPTM Software or equivalent. CL&P shall have access to the PowerCAMP™ LMS (as defined below) via the web interface. Description of Funding Techniques 6.2.1 The following are terms under which standard funding techniques shall be implemented for all transfers of funds to which the funding technique is applied in section 6.3.2 of this Agreement. Funding Technique Name Description Actual Clearance, ZBA - ACH The State shall request funds such that they are deposited by ACH in a State account on the settlement date of payments issued by the State. The request shall be made in accordance with the appropriate Federal agency cut-off time specified in Exhibit I. The amount of the request shall be for the amount of funds that clear the State's account on the settlement date. This funding technique is interest neutral. Actual Clearance, ZBA - Same Day Payment The State shall request funds the same day it pays out funds, in accordance with the appropriate Federal agency cut-off time specified in Exhibit I. A Federal agency will deposit funds in a State account the same day as requested. The amount of the request shall be for the amount of funds that clear the State's account that day. This funding technique is interest neutral.
