Use for Data Aggregation Services. Business Associate may use Protected Health Information to provide Data Aggregation services to Covered Entity as permitted by 45 C.F.R. § 164.504(e)(2)(i)(B) and 164.501.
Use for Data Aggregation Services. Use PHI to provide Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity, as permitted by 45 C.F.R. § 164.504(e)(2)(i)(B), but only if requested by Covered Entity in writing.
Use for Data Aggregation Services. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Business Associate may use Protected Health Information to provide Data Aggregation Services relating to the health care operations of HCBD as permitted by 45 C.F.R. § 164.504(e)(2)(i)(B).
Use for Data Aggregation Services. Use PHI to provide Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity, as permitted by 45 C.F.R. §164.504(e)(2)(i)(B). De-identified Information. Use PHI to create de-identified information in accordance with 45 C.F.R. §§ 164.502(d) and 164.514(a)-(c). Business Associate may use de- identified information for any purpose so long as it complies with applicable law.
Use for Data Aggregation Services. Use the information to provide data agregation services related to the health care operations (as such term is defined in 45 C.F.R. §164.501) of Covered Entity, as permitted by 45 C.F.R. §164.504(e)(2)(i)(B), if requested by Covered Entity in writing.
