Payment of Additional Costs If termination of this contract is due to the failure of the Engineer to fulfill its contract obligations, the State may take over the project and prosecute the work to completion, and the Engineer shall be liable to the State for any additional cost to the State.
Use of Funds Grantee shall expend funds under this Contract only for approved services and for reasonable and allowable expenses directly related to those services.
Admission of Additional Members One or more additional members of the Company may be admitted to the Company with the written consent of the Member.
NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL ALLOCATION OF FUNDS By the signature below, the City Controller certifies that, upon the request of the Director, the supplemental sum set out below has been allocated for the purposes of the Agreement out of funds appropriated for this purpose by the City Council of the City of Houston.
