Use of Business Contact Information. Each party consents to the other party using its Business Contact Information for contract management, payment processing, service offering, and business development purposes related to the Agreement and such other purposes as set out in the using party’s global data privacy policy (copies of which shall be made available upon request). For such purposes, and notwithstanding anything else set forth in this Agreement with respect to Customer Personal Data in general, each party shall be considered a data controller with respect to the other party’s Business Contact Information and shall be entitled to transfer such information to any country where such party’s global organization operates.

Use of Business Contact Information. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary elsewhere in the Agreement, Customer authorizes Provider and its Affiliates (and their successors and assigns, contractors and Provider Business Partners) to store and use Customer’s business contact information wherever Provider and its Affiliates do business, in connection with the delivery of the Offerings, or in furtherance of Provider’s business relationship with Customer and its Affiliates.

It is no defense to any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement that Vendor was not receiving TIPS’ electronic communications issued by TIPS to Vendor’s listed contacts.

  • CONTRACT INFORMATION 1. The State of Arkansas may not contract with another party: a. Upon default, to pay all sums to become due under a contract. b. Include in its contract that the laws of the State of Arkansas govern the contract. c. Acknowledge that contracts become effective when awarded by the State Procurement Official.
